Portfolio Company Update: South West Brands

 

SEED Innovations Ltd, the AIM quoted company focusing on making investments in fast growing and industry leading businesses with a focus on the medical cannabis, health and wellness space, announces an update regarding its investment in portfolio company South West Brands ('SWB'), a London-based company that builds and commercialises the wellness and beauty brands of the future.

 

On 4 October 2021 the Company announced a further £150,000 investment in SWB by way of a 12 month, 8% Convertible Loan Note ('CLN') which came up for maturity on 27 October 2022. In consultation with SWB, SEED have agreed to extend the terms of the CLN until 16 January 2023. All other terms of the CLN remain as set out in the RNS of 4 October 2021.
