PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Seventeenth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday 1 September 2022. 

Further details are contained within the Notice of Annual General Meeting which will shortly be posted to shareholders and made available on the Company’s website along with the 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements.

Shareholders are encouraged to complete and return their forms of proxy within the prescribed timeframe, so that all proxy votes can be counted.

The Company will also provide an online presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform on 1 September 2022 at 11 am.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
