THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONTAINS INSIDE INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF ARTICLE 7 OF THE MARKET ABUSE REGULATION (EU) 596/2014.

The holders of the U.S.$750,000,000 9.375% Notes due April 8, 2019 (the "Notes") (ISIN: US034863AB69 / USG03762HG25 ; CUSIP: 034863 AB6 / G03762 HG2) have been notified by the Issuer of the upcoming redemption of the Notes on 9 March 2018 (the "Redemption Date") at a price (the "Redemption Price") equal to the greater of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed and (ii) the sum of the present values of the Remaining Scheduled Payments discounted to the Redemption Date on a semi-annual basis (assuming a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months or in the case of an incomplete month, the number of days elapsed) at the Treasury Rate (as defined in the Indenture) plus 50 basis points, together with accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed to the Redemption Date. The Treasury Rate will be calculated on the third business day preceding the Redemption Date. 

Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the notice of redemption. The Issuer has notified the holders pursuant to the terms of the Notes.
