RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that a notice convening a General Meeting, and form of proxy, have been posted to shareholders.

The notice of general meeting, which is being held to approve the new Remuneration Policy, and form of proxy are available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at https://ir.rpsgroup.com and copies of the documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

RPS also announces that its general meeting will be held on Monday, 16 December 2019 at the offices of RPS, 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB, commencing at 9.00 a.m.
