Notice of 2019 and 2020 Annual General Meetings

The Company announces that the 2019 and 2020 annual general meetings ("AGMs") will be held at

4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hong Kong time respectively on 14 August 2020. The Company postponed the 2019 AGM due to the civil unrest in Hong Kong at the end of 2019. Subsequently, the Covid-19 pandemic presented further issues in convening such a meeting earlier.

 

The venue for both the 2019 and 2020 AGM is Infinitus Plaza, IP 12/F 4, 199 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

 

Notices of the AGMs are available on the Company's website at http://adamasfinance.com/investors/documents and will also be posted to shareholders on 22 July 2020.
