This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 33 of the AIM Rules for Nominated Advisers.
Further to Arden Partners Plc's ("Arden") notifications of 11 April 2022, 14 April 2022 and 27 April 2022, Arden is no longer approved as a nominated adviser and has been removed from the register of nominated advisers (as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies) with effect from 7:00am on 28 April 2022.
