HICL Infrastructure Company Limited ("HICL" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), the listed infrastructure investment company advised by InfraRed Capital Partners Limited ("InfraRed"), makes the following announcement regarding a new investment.

The Company has signed a binding arrangement, subject to certain approvals, to acquire certain rights to make an investment in a PPP project in the Netherlands, under which circa £50m is expected to be invested in the future.
