Further to the announcement of 4 October 2018, Electra is pleased to announce that, following satisfaction of the condition to which the transaction was subject, it has completed the sale of its interest in Knight Square to funds advised by Lexington Partners L.P.

Electra has received proceeds from the sale of £21m.

As announced on 11 December 2018, a special dividend of £140 million is being paid today to shareholders on the register as at 16^th November. Further dividend announcements will follow in the first quarter of 2019.
