It is expected that admission will occur and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence on 31 January 2022 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company will have 793,329,419 Ordinary Shares in issue, with no shares held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed in the announcement made on 24 May 2021 unless the context requires otherwise.
