Owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the allotment of 350,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury on 29 December 2020. Following the issuance there will be 151,730,484 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 9,186,700 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 29 December 2020 at a price of 230.00p per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
