On 26 May 2020, Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") issued from its block listing authority 600,000 shares at a price of 300.00 pence per share. | |
It is intended that the New Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's proposed new block listing facility, application for which has been made on the basis detailed in the Company's announcement of earlier today. The issue of the New Ordinary Shares is conditional upon the block listing being granted. | |
On the assumption that the block listing comes into effect on 27 May 2020, the Company's issued share capital as of that date will consist of 235,385,208 ordinary shares; and the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 235,385,208 (with each Ordinary Share entitling the holder to one vote). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom. | |
