The following amendment has been made to the announcement: "Issue of equity following the acquisition of the balance of Draper Esprit's EIS business" announcement, made on March 11 at 7am under RNS No 6944F

The amendment updates that the application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth was made on 12 March 2020 and not on 11 March, as previously stated. It is expected that admission will now take place on 18 March 2020 and not on 11 March 2020.

Issue of equity following the acquisition of the balance of Draper Esprit's EIS business

With respect to Draper Esprit's announcement on 11 March 2020 regarding the issue of equity in relation to Draper Esprit's acquisition of the remaining 28% interest in Encore Ventures. The application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth was made on 12 March 2020 and not as previously stated. It is expected that admission will now take place on 18 March 2020 and not on 11 March 2020 as previously stated. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.

Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 118,918,124 ordinary shares which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
