Symphony International Holdings Limited Announces Investment in Catbus Infolabs Pvt Ltd ("Blowhorn")

Symphony International Holdings Limited (LSE: SIHL) is pleased to announce an investment in Catbus Infolabs Pvt Ltd, the holding company for India-based last-mile logistics provider Blowhorn.

This round of funding was also participated in by existing investors of Blowhorn that include Chiratae Ventures, Draper Associates, and Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. The investment by Symphony amounted to less than 1% of its NAV.

Blowhorn is a same-day intra-city last-mile logistics provider headquartered in Bangalore. The company provides seamless transportation, warehousing, and a fully technologically integrated system to manage the end-to-end supply chain process.

The fresh capital will go toward supporting Blowhorn's network expansion plans, enabling them to extend their geographical reach across India and serve a wider customer base as well as continue their mission of democratizing same-day delivery.
