IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")
The Company announces a correction to the Form of Proxy posted to shareholders on 16 January 2020.
The Form of Proxy contains the following summary of Resolution 20:
"To authorise the Company to rectify the payment of the 18 January 2020 dividend".
The Company confirms that the summary should read:
"To authorise the Company to rectify the payment of the 18 January 2019 dividend"
in line with Resolution 20 in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Company will accept validly completed Forms of Proxy in the form posted to shareholders on 16 January 2020 received by the Company's registrar by the relevant deadline set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy for the purposes of voting on the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting. No replacement Forms of Proxy will be issued.
