The Board of Foresight Solar & Infrastructure VCT plc announces that the Net Asset Value as at 30 June 2019 was 90.7p per Ordinary Share.

This Net Asset Value as reported fell from 96.4p as at 31 March 2019 principally due to a fall in the underlying value of the portfolio caused by a reduction in forecast power prices and the payment of the 3.0p per Ordinary Share dividend on 26 April 2019.
