Cairo, May 20th, 2021: EFG Hermes Holding announces that its EGM meeting that was scheduled to be held today Thursday 20th, May 2021 at 3:00 PM, did not convene due to lack of legal quorum. A second meeting is scheduled on Sunday 30th, May 2021at 9:00 AM Cairo local time. The second meeting invitation will be published tomorrow.
