Exercise of options and issue of new ordinary shares

 

Pursuant to the exercise of share options under the LTG 2015 Sharesave scheme, the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 115,779 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 7 December 2018.

 

Following the anticipated admission of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company in issue will be 666,892,338 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

 

LTG holds 404,340 shares in treasury. The figure of 666,487,998 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
