Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights

 

Honye Financial Services Ltd announces that it has received a warrant exercise notice over an aggregate total of 30,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company for total consideration of £4,500.

 

An application has been made for 30,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to be admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (together, "Admission"). Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 20 April 2020.

 

Total Voting Rights

 

On Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 24,671,350 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in Honye at Admission will be 24,671,350.

 

The above figure 24,671,350 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Honye under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
