Exercise of Share Options

 

London, UK, 20 November 2018: hVIVO plc (AIM: HVO), an industry leading clinical development services business pioneering human disease models based upon viral and allergen challenge, announces that, following the exercise of employee share options, application has been made to AIM for the admission of 12,098 new ordinary shares of 5.0p each (the "New Ordinary Shares").

 

Admission to trading on AIM of the New Ordinary Shares ("Admission"), which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing shares in issue, is expected to occur on 23 November 2018.

 

Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue will be 80,593,592 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
