Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Hummingbird Resources ("Hummingbird" or the "Company") (AIM:HUM) announces that it has issued 174,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of options by a person not designated a PDMR under pre-existing share option schemes ("Options Exercise").  The 174,000 options over Ordinary Shares were exercised at 22p each.

 

The Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Options Exercise have already been admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") under the Company's block listing most recently announced on 11 March 2020.

 

Total Voting Rights

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 354,929,378 and the Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 354,929,378.

The above figure of 354,929,378 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hummingbird under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
