Exercise of Options

 

Alpha FX Group plc (AIM:AFX), a UK-based foreign exchange service provider working for corporates and institutions, today notes that it has received an exercise notice from an employee to exercise options in respect of 1,038 shares pursuant to the Company's Save As You Earn share scheme.

Application has been made for the 1,038 new ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company and will be admitted to trading on or about 18 August 2020.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 40,066,171 ordinary shares of £0.002 each. The total number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights in Alpha is therefore 40,066,171. This figure will represent the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
