Exercise of Options

 

Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the developer and provider of advanced surface coating technology, announces that it has today issued and allotted 58,340 ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees of the Company.

 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 58,340 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence on or around the 1 July 2020.

 

The Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 53,218,686 Ordinary Shares all with voting rights. The above figure of 53,218,686 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
