EBT Share Purchase
The Company was notified on 30 December 2019 by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 27 December 2019 at a price of 1450p per share.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company.
Following this transaction, a total of 799,252 shares representing 0.815% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
