Directors' Remuneration Report - Correction

Geneva, 13 June 2018:  Further to the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2018 (the "Accounts") for Wizz Air Holdings Plc (the "Company") on 24 May 2018, the Company draws readers' attention to an error on page 59 of the Accounts which states that the maximum average annual growth metric for the EPS measure in the 2018 grant under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan is 29 per cent.  The correct figure, which was approved by the Company's Remuneration Committee, should read 26 per cent rather than 29 per cent as previously stated.

The correct figure of 26 per cent was also highlighted in a notice issued by the Company on 1 June 2018 titled "Replacement: Wizz Air Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") award grants".

There is no impact on the Company's profit, balance sheet, earnings per share or other financial information in the Accounts.  The error relates to part of the Accounts which is not audited.
