Board Changes

Mothercare plc announces that the following changes to the Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees have been made with effect from 13 September 2018.

Nick Wharton and Gillian Kent, non-executive directors of the Company, will take on the roles of Committee Chair for the Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees respectively.

Clive Whiley, Interim Executive Chairman, said

“I am delighted that both Nick and Gillian have agreed to chair the respective committees." 

This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11R (3)
