07.12.2020 - Report 47/2020: Dates of financial report releases of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. in year 2021
Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs on dates of periodical financial report releases in year 2021:
1. Standalone annual report of the Bank for the year ending 31st December 2020 and consolidated annual report of the Bank's Capital Group for the year ending 31st December 2020:
- on 25th February 2021.
2. Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank's Capital Group for the first quarter of 2021:
- on 6th May 2021.
3. Consolidated semi-annual report of the Bank's Capital Group for the first half of 2021:
- on 4th August 2021.
4. Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank's Capital Group for the third quarter of 2021:
- on 4th November 2021.
Additionally, the Bank informs that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will include standalone quarterly financial information and condensed standalone semi-annual financial statement, respectively.
Additionally, the Bank informs that it will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2020 and for the second quarter of 2021.

§ 80 section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance, dated 29 March 2018 re: current and periodical information submitted by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering as equal the information required by the legal provisions of the non-member country.
