Confirmation of Stay and date of Appeal

Further to the announcement of 16 November 2017, STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider, announces receipt of the Order from the Gibraltar Supreme Court confirming the stay of the appointment of Inspectors under the Financial Services (information Gathering and Co-Operation) Act 2013 by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (the "Appointments") until the date of the appeal against the Appointments (the "Appeal").  STM also confirms that the date of the Appeal has been set for 22 January 2018.  

 

The Order also varies the previous Privacy and Anonymity Order (dated 9 November 2017) in order that the Appeal proceedings shall be heard and determined in public.
