Company Announcement concerning dividends
The Chairman's Statement within the Company's Annual Financial Report released on 16 July 2020 reported that "The Board continues to keep under review the question of distributions, whether income or capital, with a view of restarting these as soon as circumstances permit".
For the sake of clarity the Board confirms that it will not be declaring a dividend for payment in July but is hopeful that the payment of quarterly dividends will recommence in late October and quarterly thereafter and a further announcement in this regard, stating the applicable rate of dividend per share, may be expected mid-October or earlier.
