Change of name to Remote Monitored Systems plc
Strat Aero plc, the AIM quoted survey, inspection and monitoring company is pleased to announce a change of name from Strat Aero plc to Remote Monitored Systems plc. The new name better reflects the current and future focus of the business.
The Company confirms that the change of name has become effective at Companies House. Trading in the Company's shares on AIM under the new name of Remote Monitored Systems plc (AIM: RMS) will take effect from tomorrow, 13 September 2018. The Company's website will become www.remotemonitoredsystems.com and a new website is currently under development with the Company's current website including investor information remaining available until such time.
