Change of Name to Tremor International Ltd

Taptica International Ltd (AIM: TAP), a global leader in advertising technologies for brand advertising and performance-based mobile marketing, confirms the renaming of the Group as Tremor International Ltd ("Tremor") following the passing of the special resolution at the Group's Annual General Meeting on 13 June 2019 and the receipt of the requisite approvals from the Israeli Companies Registrar.

Trading in the Group's shares under the new name and TIDM, "TRMR", will commence at 8.00 a.m. today. A full launch of the Group's new website and marketing materials will happen in due course, at which point a further announcement will be made. The Group's existing website https://www.tapticainternational.com/investors will remain live until then.
