Change of Name to GoCo Group plc
Further to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting of GoCompare.com Group plc (the "Company") held on 23 May 2019, the Company announces that with effect from 24 May 2019, the name of the Company has been changed to GoCo Group plc. The Company's trading symbol will remain unchanged as GOCO and the ISIN will remain the same.
The change of Company name will not affect any rights of shareholders and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid, no new share certificates will be issued. The Company's corporate website has changed to www.gocogroup.com.
