The following amendments have been made to the 'Change of Name and TIDM' announcement released today at 13.03 under RNS No 9843A.
Amendment to the contact details - Peterhouse Capital Limited is the sole broker to the Company.
In addition, the note "About NTLG" was deleted.
All other details remain unchanged.

Change of name and TIDM
New Trend Lifestyle Group, an AIM Rule 15 Cash Shell company, is pleased to confirm that the change of the Company's name to Conduity Capital Plc has now been registered at Companies House.
Trading in the Company's shares on AIM is expected to commence under the new name, Conduity Capital Plc, and the new TIDM code "CCAP" with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Monday 5 October 2020. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL number will remain unchanged.
