Appointment of new Chief Financial Officer and change to Registered Office

London, United Kingdom - Pembridge Resources plc (LSE: PERE) ("Pembridge" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the following:

Paul Fenby, currently Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company at the end of this month to pursue an alternative opportunity. Paul will be replaced with immediate effect as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary by David James FCA. David is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with KPMG in 1995. David has had a varied career including time spent in Budapest, Hungary and in blue chip multinational groups.  For the last 10 years David has been running his own business as a consolidation and reporting specialist, providing financial reporting services mainly to multinational listed companies.

Effective immediately the Company has changed its Registered Office to 200 Strand, London, WC2R 1DJ, the office of its corporate lawyers, Kerman & Co.

Gati Al-Jebouri, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board said:

"Paul has made a significant contribution to Pembridge both in the acquisition of the Minto mine, and the subsequent re-admission of the Company's shares to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange. I have appreciated his support since I became CEO, and wish him well in his new endeavours. I am also pleased that we are joined by David, who brings a wealth of relevant experience.  I look forward to working with him as we progress the next stage of Pembridge's development."
