CQC upgrade service ratings in all three services in Staffordshire
Royal Stoke UCC uplifted by a highly unusual two ratings
Significant improvement in Vocare services since acquisition
Totally plc (AIM:TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, is delighted to announce that its Royal Stoke Urgent Care Centre, part of the Vocare group ("Vocare"), has recently been rated as 'Good' overall following an inspection by the Care Quality Commission ("CQC").
In an almost unprecedented move, Vocare has improved the Royal Stoke Urgent Care Centre ("UCC") service by two CQC ratings in six months, moving it from 'Inadequate' to 'Good'. It also improved the rating of both the GP Out of Hours ("OOH") and NHS 111 services to 'Good', meaning that Staffordshire is now rated 'Good' across the board.
Following the rerating, Totally is pleased to confirm that there are now no longer any 'Inadequate' ratings across the entirety of the Vocare group's 24 services.
Vocare Limited, one of the UK's leading national specialist providers of urgent care services, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Totally and manages NHS 111, GP Out of Hours and Urgent Care Centre services for Staffordshire from the Central Region's Head Office called Staffordshire House .
