BOARD Committee changes

 

 

Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) (the "Board") announces that the following changes to the membership of its Board Committees, set out below, were approved with effect from 1 January 2020.

 

Karen Whitworth will become a member of the Audit & Risk Committee, Nomination Committee and Management Engagement Committee.

 

Alastair Hughes will step down as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Susanne Given will step down as a member of the Nomination Committee.

 

From 1 January 2020, the membership of each of the Board Committees will be as follows:
