("888" or "the Company")

 

Block Listing Application

The Company announces that applications have been made to the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") and Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA"), respectively, for the admission of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.005 each ("Ordinary Shares"), fully paid, to trading on the main market for listed securities of the LSE and to the premium segment of the Official List of the FCA. When issued, these Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

These Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be allotted from time to time pursuant to both the exercise of share options and certain share awards under the 888 Long Term Incentive Plan 2015 and Deferred Share Bonus Plan of the Company.

Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to be effective on 14 April 2022.

This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.3.5R of the Listing Rules.
