Availability of Annual Report and Accounts and Annual General Meeting

Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2019 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders. These documents are available on the Company's website at www.synecticsplc.com.

In light of public health advice in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Company's Board of Directors has determined that it is no longer practical to hold the AGM at the venue detailed on the notice of meeting.

The AGM will still proceed on the notified date of 23 April 2020 at the proposed time of 11.00am, but will instead be held at the Company's registered office at Synectics House, 3-4 Broadfield Close, Sheffield S8 0XN.  All other details relating to the AGM remain unchanged.

To limit travel and public gatherings, the Company will be providing webcast facilities to enable shareholders to follow proceedings of the AGM and to ask questions of the Board remotely. All shareholders are encouraged to use these facilities where possible, rather than travelling to participate in the AGM in person.  To register attendance at the webcast, please contact Claire Stewart.

Shareholders wishing to vote on any of the matters of business at the AGM are urged to do so electronically using the link www.signalshares.com.
