Nexus Infrastructure, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services to the UK housebuilding and commercial sectors, announces that copies of the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM are available at the investor section of the Company's website www.nexus-infrastructure.com. Both documents were sent to shareholders on 31st January 2020 and all resolutions were duly passed at the AGM on 18 March 2020 as previously announced by the Company.
