PPHE Hotel Group, the international hospitality real estate group which develops, owns and operates hotels and resorts, announces that Arena Hospitality Group d.d., whose shares are listed on the Prime market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and in which PPHE Hotel Group holds a controlling ownership interest, has today published an update regarding the execution of a long-term financing arrangement for the acquisition of Hotel 88 Rooms in Belgrade, Serbia.
