Appointment of The ID Register

The Board of EJF Investments Ltd (the "Fund" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that The ID Register has been appointed to provide CDD services in relation to non-CREST investors in the Fund and also to assist with certain ongoing monitoring obligations pursuant to Jersey legal and regulatory requirements. The ID Register's fees will be paid out of the Fund.
