Appointment of Leadenhall Services
Further to the announcement made on 15 April 2019, the Company has now agreed terms with Leadenhall Services Pty Ltd, based in Adelaide and Sydney, to undertake an independent report on the Company's valuation of its recent acquisition of Alerion Consulting Limited. The overall conclusions of the report will be communicated to shareholders on completion, which is expected at the end of June.
