Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Cineworld Group plc (the "Company") has now issued its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Annual Report"), together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") and Form of Proxy.

Copies of the Annual Report, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. The Annual Report and Notice of AGM can also be viewed on the Company's website at www.cineworldplc.com.

This year's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 13 May 2020 at 10.30 a.m. at Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford TW8 9AG.

Note: At the time of publication of the Notice of AGM, the UK Government has prohibited public gatherings of more than two people and non-essential travel, save in certain limited circumstances.  In light of these measures, the 2020 AGM will be run as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend in person. Shareholders attempting to attend the AGM will be refused entry.  Shareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to vote by proxy on the resolutions contained in the Notice of AGM and to appoint the Chairman of the Meeting as their proxy rather than another person who will not be permitted to attend the meeting.  Further details may be found in the Notice of AGM.
