Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Following the release on 21 May 2019 of its preliminary annual results for the year ended 31 March 2019, Warehouse REIT announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2019.
The Company further announces that it will hold its second Annual General Meeting at the offices of Savills plc, 33 Margaret Street, London, W1G 0JD on Monday 16 September 2019, at 10.00am.
The Annual Report and Financial Statements and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.warehousereit.co.uk. Copies of both documents have been posted to the Company's shareholders.
