Superdry announces that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 27 April 2019 and notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 11 September 2019, copies of which are available for download from the Company's website at corporate.superdry.com   

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
