Clinigen Group plc (AIM: CLIN, 'Clinigen' or 'the Group'), the global pharmaceuticals and services company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2018 is now available on the Group's website at www.clinigengroup.com.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders later today.
The Group will hold its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') on 8 November 2018 at 10.00am at Instinctif Partners' offices, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ. Shaun Chilton, Group Chief Executive Officer, will give a presentation at the AGM. The slides will be made available on the Group's website after the meeting. No new material information will be provided.
