Premier Asset Management Group PLC (AIM: PAM) announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2017 (the "Annual Report") has been published and is available to download from the Company's website www.premierfunds.co.uk/corporate/reports.
The Annual Report contains a Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at the Company's registered office at Eastgate Court, High Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3DE at 10:00 a.m. on 8 February 2018.
Printed copies of the Annual Report will be posted to Premier shareholders today.
