The Company announces that it has today published and posted its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2019 ("Annual Report") together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting is convened to be held at the offices of William Fry, 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, on Monday, 21 October 2019 at 4.00pm.
