Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN) ("Redcentric" or the "Company"), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that it has received further support in favour of the resolutions to be put to Shareholders at the General Meeting in respect of the Fundraising and the Scheme.

The Company has received a letter of intent from Slater Investments to vote (or procure the vote) in favour of the Resolutions at the General Meeting in respect of all of the Existing Ordinary Shares in which it is interested, which represent approximately 5.88 per cent. of the Existing Ordinary Shares in issue as at 25 June 2020 (being the latest practicable date prior to the publication of this announcement).

Accordingly, the Company has now received irrevocable undertakings or letters of intent to vote (or procure the vote) in favour of the Resolutions at the General Meeting in respect of an aggregate of 119,357,926 Existing Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 80.38 per cent. of the Existing Ordinary Shares in issue as at 25 June 2020 (being the latest practicable date prior to the publication of this announcement).

Capitalised terms in this announcement, unless otherwise defined, have the same meanings as set out in the announcement relating to the Scheme and Fundraising announced at 7.00a.m today, 26 June 2020.
