Additional Listing

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 149,013 Ordinary shares of €0.0005 each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List, to satisfy the allotment and issue of shares on 3 April 2018 under the Company's Performance Share Plan. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission of these shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 3 April 2018.

The figure of 458,556,833 may be used from 3 April 2018 by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
