Further to its announcements of 2 April 2020, 16 November 2020 and 7 December 2020, Tricorn Group plc (AIM: TCN.L), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, announces that it will not be publishing its audited accounts for the 18-month period to 30 September 2020 in December 2020 as previously announced. A further announcement will be made in due course.
